Exchange and Return Instructions
We offer a seven-day return and exchange guarantee for online shopping items. The seven-day period begins from the day the customer receives the product. Please note that all shipping fees for exchanges and returns will be the customer's responsibility.
The returned or exchanged product must comply with our return policy, which includes the following:
- The returned product must be in the same condition as when the customer received it, with no signs of being opened, worn, or used. It should include all tags and be in the original packaging.
- Products that have had their tags removed, been washed, used, damaged by the customer, or have any non-product-related odors will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Non-returnable items include discounted items (including items purchased with discount codes), as well as accessories, hats, socks, tight-fitting clothes, swimwear, towels, and blankets, among others.
- The final decision regarding returns and exchanges rests with MJ INSPIRE LIMITED.
How to Exchange or Return a Product:
- To initiate an exchange or return request, please contact our customer service via email at cs@mj-inspire.com within seven days of receiving the product. Clearly state your full name, order number, and the product you wish to return.
- We do not offer refunds. We only accept exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, or for an item of equal value, or we can arrange for the price difference to be paid for a higher-value item.
- We do not accept any returns that do not comply with our policy. In such cases, we will return the product to the customer and request them to cover the return shipping costs.
- If your request is accepted, we will notify you as soon as possible regarding the return process.
- Please send the return or exchange within seven days after receiving our notification.
- We do not accept items sent back to us without prior notification.
- The final decision regarding returns and exchanges rests with MJ INSPIRE LIMITED.
Defective Items:
While we conduct strict inspections of all products before shipping them to customers, if you happen to receive a defective item, please follow the steps below for returning it:
- Within seven days of receiving your order, please send an email to cs@mj-inspire.com. Clearly state your full name, order number, and the defective item you wish to return. Please also provide us with some pictures of the product's defect.
- If your request is accepted, we will notify you as soon as possible regarding the return process.
- Please send the return or exchange within seven days after receiving our notification.
- If the returned product is deemed acceptable after evaluation, we will provide a replacement (if available). Otherwise, we will contact you to make further arrangements.
- If the returned product is deemed unacceptable after evaluation, we will return the product to you and request you to bear the return shipping costs.
